To download and install the Kyrrex app on your Android device, you should:

• Search for the Kyrrex iOS app.

You must be 18 years or older to open an account on Kyrrex. The documents you supply must contain evidence that you're of minimum age to open an account and trade cryptocurrency.

All accounts that do not meet our age requirement will not be verified, and will be permanently closed.

After creating an account on the platform, Kyrrex sends an email to authenticate your account. If you don't receive the verification email, follow these tips:

• Check that you provided the correct email for the registration.
• Check other folders in your email, such as Spam, Trash and Promotions.
• Check the status of your email client. We recommend you provide a Gmail address. The email might be delayed by your network.
• Check back in a few minutes or reload your email.

The verification process

The verification process is a standardized compliance measure for Anti-money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-terrorism Financing (CTF) laws and regulations.

1. Log Into your Kyrrex account.
2. Head into the menu and select Account > Settings.
3. You'll find a notification requesting verification. Click Verify to begin.
4. Fill in your Personal Information in Step 1. Make sure that all the information provided here is accurate and click Next.
5. Upload a Proof of Identity in Step 2. It should be a scanned copy of a legal identification document issued by a recognized government agency. The upload must be clear and easily readable.

The following documents are acceptable:

• Government-issued ID Card
• International Passport
• Drivers License (in select countries)

6. Upload a Proof of Address in Step 3. The document must have been issued not older than 6 months from the date of verification. The upload must be clear and easily readable.

The following documents are acceptable:

• Utility bill related to your residential property (rent, gas, electricity, fixed telephone, etc).
• Stamped and signed financial statement (from bank, insurer, etc)
• Tax receipt
• Rent receipt

We will process your verification request and upgrade your account status to verified once we've successfully validated the submitted documents.

You need a Kyrrex account to begin trading on the leading cryptocurrency platform and buy your first coins. Registration is required to open an account.

• Head over to the Kyrrex homepage and click Register in the top right-hand corner.
• In Mobile View, click the Menu Icon at the top right and select Sign Up.
• Choose between a Personal or Business account depending on whether you're creating the account for a person or an institution. Then provide your email and create a secure password.

Next, choose your country from the dropdown and tick the box that shows you agree with Kyrrex's Privacy Policy and Terms of Business.

Click Create account and a verification email will be sent to the address provided.

Open the email and click Verify email to confirm your account.

You can withdraw crypto from your Kyrrex account to an external wallet or a third-party exchange.

Withdrawals are made to a withdrawal address which you will provide. The address you provide must match the address and network on the platform or wallet you're withdrawing to.

Withdrawals made to the wrong address or network will result in permanent loss of your funds. Make sure you crosscheck the information provided before you click the Confirmation button.

1. From your account, navigate to Wallet. 
2. Click Withdrawal under the cryptocurrency you'd like to withdraw from your Kyrrex account. 
3. Paste the withdrawal address in the field provided. 
   

Note: Ensure your withdrawal address matches the default withdrawal network on Kyrrex. For example, if you're withdrawing USDT, you must provide an address on the selected network (ERC20, TRC20 etc.).

1. Enter the amount of the token you wish to withdraw. You can use the suggested percentages to quickly choose a proportion of the total available tokens. 
2. Before you proceed, note the transaction fee and AML fee (if applicable).
3. Crosscheck everything and then click Submit to confirm your withdrawal. 

You can fund your Kyrrex account by depositing cryptoassets from your external wallet or a third-party exchange.

Deposits are made to a deposit address on the platform. To find your deposit address, log into your account, navigate to your wallet, click the Deposit button beside the cryptocurrency, select the correct chain, then copy the address and use it to transfer the cryptocurrency.

1. From your account, navigate to Wallet. 
2. Click Deposit under the cryptocurrency you'd like to deposit to your Kyrrex account. 
3. If the option is available, choose the deposit network. Make sure it matches the network of the platform you're depositing from.
4. If you choose the wrong network, you may lose your funds.
5. Copy the deposit address and paste it into the address box on the platform you're depositing from.
6. Once you confirm the transaction, wait for the funds to arrive in your Kyrrex account.

The transfer processing time depends on the blockchain and the current network traffic at the time of transaction. Different blockchains have different confirmation times. Just wait patiently for your funds to arrive in your account.
